Since its first day of trade, SPC Services NSW Pty Ltd has experience rapid but solid growth, and this continues largely through referrals of our loyal customers.
SPC Services NSW Pty Ltd provides commercial and special cleaning services to a number of clients across the Sydney metropolitan area parts of Queensland. We aim to give the customer that peace of mind, knowing that our service is available quickly and provides experienced and energetic staff that will get the job done.
The majority of our work is business to business (B2B), sub-contracting to larger organizations.
Customer service is our key driver and we pride ourselves in prompt response times to all enquiries and in ensuring that an appropriate action plan is discussed, agreed and delivered with our customers.

Selection of the successful applicant is assessed against the skill set required to proficiently undertake all cleaning duties set out in the “Client cleaning specification list. We employ dedicated personnel that share the passion for providing quality cleaning services. Our staff are experiences, energetic and diligent. They understand and take pride in being part of a service-based industry team and work to the highest standards.
On-going training and supervision is given to staff to ensure their skills continue to improve and they are appropriate to any client’ workplace/ culture/ requirements. Our staff aim to be “integrated” into your company, as required.
We observe the occupational health and safety ACT 2000 and standards Australia’s benchmarks when training all staff to perform their duties safely and in accordance with these regulations.
For example: the correct use of chemicals, what protective equipment is to be used in any work situation, etc. All staff and services are by insurance policies.
